DIEDRESS-PL(W)

Apply DIEDRESS-PL on plunger tip by brushing or swabbing

DIEDRESS-4250A

Grahhite based Lubricant for die face and plunger lubricant in high pressure die-casting

Apply DIEDRESS- 4250A on plunger tip, in the hot spot, deep draw areas etc. by brushing or swabbing Application frequency depends upon complexity of die.

Titanium dioxide and oil based dressing recommended for M.S.Tools, M.S. Spoons, M.S. Pouring ladles of PDC

Coated M.S. Tools should either be heated upto 600 C by portable burner or dip in untreated Molten Aluminium for ensuring strongly adhere coating before continuous use
